Srila Jayapataka Swami Gurumaharaj, top decision making organ of worldwide Namhatta Sangha , is a specially blessed disciple of Srila Prabhupada who offered him the responsibility to ameliorate Sridham Mayapur. He is one of the Gurus of ISKCON And G.B.C member who is propagating the saying of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu indomitably throughout the whole world. Bangladesh is also not out of his mercy. And therefore a large number of ISKCON centres have been established in Bangladesh. Once Srila Jayapataka swami Gurumaharaj ordered one of his dearest disciples Prahllad Krishna Das to go to Bangladesh to preach the Holy Name of Lord. Then Prahllad Krishna Das came to Bangladesh from Mayapur Preaching Party. On 20th December, 2000 he launched the activities of ISKCON Narsingdi in a very small extent with only 120 taka which he got by delivering Bhagavatam lecture at a local temple in Narsingdi. Later, Srila Jayapataka Swami Gurumaharaj haneled over 5000 taka to Prahllad Krishna Das in 2005 to buy a piece of land for erecting a temple. With that money he purchased a piece of land for the first time by the unalloyed mercy of Srila Jayapataka Swami Gurumaharaj and vaisnavas ISKCON Narsingdi is trying to reach out Namhatta sangha, Naishthik Brahmachary Sangha, IYF, Jagrata Chatro Samaj (JCS), Shraddhakutir Mandir Sangha (SMS), Kuntidevi Mataji Sangha (KMS), Gosala, Bhaktivedanta Cultural Academy, ISKCON Restaurant, Jagannath Preaching Party etc. The devotees are also preaching the books of Srila Prabhupada, publishing the monthly Guruvakya which demand is ever incereasing and so on. They are also holding big festivals Like Rahta Yatra, Janmastami, Gour Purnima and different other programmes. Furthermore the ISKCON Sannyasis and great Vaishnavas of Sridham Mayapur and other places of the world mercyfully come to ISKCON Narsingdi to give the dust of the lotus feet.

As a result people can easily get reach to the Vedic wisdom and culture. And a lot of people are leading the devotional path. Narsingdi ISKCON devotees humbly beg to the lotus feet of Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, Srila Prabhupada, Srila Jayapataka Swami Gurumaharaja, other Iskcon Gurus and Sanyasis and all the Vaishnavas.
